These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and rental services. By renting equipment or using our site, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

You must be a US Citizen, at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and the legal authority to enter into a contract. You must also provide proof sufficient liability insurance and submit a copy of said insurance with MB MaxLoad Rentals as an additional insured. 

2. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to a separate agreement that includes:

• Rental duration and fees• Equipment condition and care• Return requirements and late fees• Damage, loss, or replacement costs

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Payments

You agree to pay all fees, including:

• Rental charges• Late return penalties• Cleaning or repair costs• Lost or damaged equipment replacement

We accept major credit/debit cards. Non-payment may result in collection actions.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations may be subject to fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Communication by Phone & Text

You consent to receiving:

• Booking confirmations and rental updates• Customer service communications• Marketing texts (if opted in)

You may opt out of marketing messages anytime by replying “STOP.”

6. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for illegal purposes• Attempt to interfere with its functionality• Copy or misuse content without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
